THE C.M.S.A. COLUMBUS CLASSIC IS AN OPEN USSF AFFILIATED TRAVEL LEVEL TOURNAMENT

Offering Boys and Girls competitions in the single age levels of U8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15;  and dual age levels of U16 and U18. 

A, B & C bracket competition levels where registration allows

THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE  AND/OR SPLIT AGE GROUPS ALONG WITH ANY COMPETITION LEVEL AS DEEMED NECESSARY, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE MOST  FAIR, PRACTICAL AND FUNCTIONAL TOURNAMENT POSSIBLE.

4v4 Competition for Ages U8

7v7 Competition for Ages U8 through U10                             

 9V9 Competition for Ages U11 and U12                               

11V11 Competition for the Ages of U13 through U18

3 Game Minimum in either a round-robin or play-off format

ALL GAMES WILL CONSIST OF TWO 25 MINUTE HALVES

Team and Individual Awards to the 1st & 2nd Place team in all age brackets.

Maximum Tournament Roster Size:

U8 thur 10:      14 Players

U11 & 12:         16 Players

U13 & 14:         18 Players

U15 thru 18:   22 Players  (Only 18 dressed per game)

TEAM REGISTRATION FEES:
Ages U8 (4v4)........................@ $450.00
Ages U08 - U10 (7v7).........@ $600.00
Ages U11 - U12  (9v9)........@ $625.00
Ages U13 - U14 (11v11)...@$675.00
Ages U15, U16 - U18 @.....@$725.00

  REFEREE FEES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION

 

 

 

Registration Procedure:

 

1) Register your team through the GotSoccer.com website

2) Once you have registered on the GotSoccer site; the CMSA office will receive a confirmation from Got Soccer reserving your space in the event.

3) Complete your registration by e-mailing  us a scanned .pdf copy of your current USSF affiliated team roster to:   cmsatournamentrosters@comcast.net

  • You still can make changes to your roster up until prior to your first game.  Revised rosters will have to be dropped off at tournament headquarters at the main venue.

Your registration fee is due at the same time; payable through Stone Alley when your paperwork is submitted*.   

Once the payment is received, we will designate your team as paid and entered on the Got Soccer site.

  • If your program is entering a minimum of  eight or more teams; payment can be submitted by one bulk check using a payment code; contact the CMSA office for your code.
  • When submitting a check, it must be accompanied by a list of all teams being registered with the Got Soccer number.

All paperwork and payments must be received by the registration deadline date to have your team scheduled.

Tournament Scoring  

It is the responsibility of the winning team of each game to report their score immediately after each game to the tournament teant located at each venue.  

Competition Placement Information

FINAL COMPETITION LEVEL PLACEMENT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE

Venue Regulations:

No pets,
No smoking,
No alcohol
No cooking (Includes Parking Lots)

 

US SOCCER Affiliated Event

This is an USSF affiliated tournament open to SAY, US Club Soccer, AYSO and all USYSA affiliate with "Permission to Travel" form from your state association along with your application.

If you are registered through MSYSA you will be required to purchase CMSA/SAY Academy insurance for participation; due to their refusal to grant participation to their membership.  Your current USSF ID cards can be used with this roster.  Contact scorenews@aol.com for information
