LIGHTNING: Birthdates 9/1/1998- 8/31/2000
MIDGET: Birthdates 1/1/1997 - 8/31/1998
JUNIOR: Birthdates 1/1/1995 - 12/31/1996
JV/VARSITY: Must be in grades 9-12
Competition levels of AA, A, B/C & C will be offered.
York: AA, A, A/B, B & HS
Baltimore: B/C, C & In-House Leagues

Your registration fee does not include referee fees which are required to be paid in cash prior to each game. Visit the www.laxmax website for a complete listing of both boy's and girl's ref fees
The submission of your team's registration (application) form and fees acknowledges that you understand and agree with all policies regarding your team's participation and Pikesville Sport's cancellation and refund policy.
ANY TEAM FOUND MISREPRESENTING THEIR ABILITY LEVEL WILL BE IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED FROM AWARD COMPETITION.

REMEMBER TO REPORT ALL SCORES IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR GAME. FIELD LEADERS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL SITES TO TAKE SCORES AND ANSWER QUESTIONS.
SCORES NOT REPORTED WILL NOT COUNT IN THE FINAL STANDINGS
ALL CHALLENGES MUST BE MADE ON THE FIELD AND RECORDED WITH THE REFEREES TO BE VALID AND HEARD |
