All of the scores that were reported this week are POSTED.  Winning teams & games that were Tied MUST report their scores by Monday Evening.  Scrimmage Games get reported as 3-0 the loss goes to the team that forced the game to be a scrimmage game.  If both teams are at fault then the game score gets reported by the winning team. Scores need to be reported to the proper Scorekeeper their contact Info. is posted on the CMSA website under the Contacts Tab.

If the score is not reported by MONDAY EVENING the Winning team will be FINED $25.00 to post the score for the game.

All teams participating in any of the CMSA league; are required to observe the following protocols when playing on an opponents home field or any neutral site:

All venues are Smoke Free, Alcoho Free, and pet free.

No grills or cooking is allowed at any of the venues.

Please park in the designated area; and remember to clean up your sideline at the conclusion of the game.

Teams that have been assigned games at Geneesee Valley will need to review the pdf file that has been posted on the CMSA Facebook page

It is the responsibility of the management of each team to check (The Home Page) & their schedules for any changes or updates prior to each game (Saturday/Sunday Morning). The league will NOT contact teams/coaches when changes are made.

Teams that requested BYES (Your Opponent Requested a BYE) must follow the bye request form #5 that is posted on the CMSA website to reschedule their game. The 2nd team listed was the team that requested the Bye.

Teams that were in Odd age groups listed as (Bye Week) the league will schedule that game to give you (8) games for the season.  As of 9/13 if your team still only has (7) games scheduled contact your league Commissioner ASAP.

The deadline to have your C.M.S.A. Roster certified by a Registrar for this week is Friday evening.  All league rosters (US Club or Soccer Association for Youth) must by stamped and signed off on by a C.M.S.A. Registrar. All rosters need to be checked at each game to make sure that it has been stamped for League play. If teams want to go one step further and check ID Cards they will need to do that at the team check in. If the roster does not have the CMSA Silver sticker than the game becomes a league scrimmage game. This policy is posted on the CMSA website in the Forms section (Standard Game Rules) #3.

Coaches are required to check their opponents roster.  All League rosters are FROZEN by the 13th day of the league season.

Begining this weekend the Officials will enforce the Zero Tolerance Policy. This policy is posted on the CMSA website under the FORMS Tab #21 and was also given to every team in this league in their team packet.

Whenever there is a game or field cancellation during the season; that information is posted on both this page and on the C.M.S.A. Facebook page.  The league does not send out email or mass calls notifying individual teams and coaches of the closures.  It is the responsibility of the management of each team to review their schedules prior to each game and to notify the families of any change or update. Weather cancellations will not be posted on the teams schedule.

Inclement weather field closings must be reported by the hosting program by email to the CMSA Office no later then 9:00 AM on game day (or if your venue is scheduled for morning games by 6:30 AM).

This is the form required for C.M.S.A. teams to complete. (All ADULTS on SAY Rosters) need to have a ID Card and complete a Background check. (DO NOT USE THE FORM ON THE SAY WEBSITE)

The SAY Background needs to be completed by the Person who is getting the ID cards (Not the SAY Point Person) unless the point person is listed on a SAY Roster.

The new SAY on line Registration Information is now posted on the CMSA website under the Forms Tab #7 (SAY & US Club Affiliation Procedures).

Teams affiliating through SAY will need to contact their program/club designated SAY Point Person.  Please note; if your organization has three or more teams affiliating through SAY, then a point person has been designated by your program.  If your organization has two or less teams affiliating; then those teams will need to follow the instructions posted in forms section under #7 on this website.

If you are having problems with the SAY affiliation process, contact Brian Begley directly at the SAY National Office by either email ( bbegley@SaySoccer.org ) or phone ( 1-800-233-7291 X1111 ).  

After submitting and receiving your paperwork back from SAY; you will need to take it to your assigned CMSA Registrar to be processed and stamped for league play.

When paying for the SAY Affiliation (Certified Bank, Money Order or Program/Club checks only) need to be made payable to CMSA and given to the Registrar when you pick up your cards and roster. Only teams from programs/clubs that are pre-approved to pay with one check DO NOT pay when you picking up their paperwork.
