The CMSA Spring League will end on Sunday 5/20 after the scheduled games are played or cancelled
If any game is cancelled on 5/20 those games will not be rescheduled by the League. Teams will have until the evening of 6/3 to reschedule & play the games cancelled on 5/13 & 5/20 with their opponent
Boys' teams need to contact Lou Webster & Girls' teams need to contact Mike Agudelo for their opponents contact information.
Once the coaches agree on a Date, Time & Location they will need to give that information to Lou & Mike so that we can try to get officials.
Teams MUST PLAY with their certified STAMPED LEAGUE ROSTER
Teams that can not produce thier certified roster will be credited with a FORFEIT loss and a $50.00 Fine.
All Spring Rosters (US Club & SAY) are frozen as of Sunday 4/22; Players can no longer be added to LEAGUE ROSTERS.
The Spring League Season will end on Sunday, May 20th.
All Bye Request, Make-up & Rescheduled League Games must be completed by 5/20; or they will not be recorded as a played game.
If a game does not get played the league will determine if points will be awarded (only if a result is needed for 1st or 2nd place).
Begining with the games being played on April, 15th:
If your score is not reported by the MONDAY following your game, the winning team will be charged $25.00 to post the score for the game
If your score is not reported within 10 days of the game being played then it will NOT get posted.
The winning team; and both teams involved in any game that finished as a tie must report their scores by Monday Evening.
All scrimmage Games will be posted as a 3-0 loss to the team responsible for the game being classified as a scrimmage.
Scores need to be reported to your Assigned Scorekeeper as posted under Contacts.
The scorekeepers work Full Time at their normal jobs. They work for CMSA on Sunday Evening, Monday Evening and then post scores either on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. This is not their FULL TIME Jobs and are not payed to sit around & check their email 24/7 to get you scores.
If your score is not emailed to them by Monday Evening then it will not get POSTED
All Protests must be filed by the COACH of the team making the protest.
If the Officials do not check the team's rosters to see if they have the SILVER CMSA LEAGUE STICKER; than the teams must report this to their League Commissioner after the game.
Rosters & ID Cards are to be checked by the COACH or MANAGER. It is NOT the responsiblty of the Officials to check ID Cards. The Officials are responsible to check the Rosters (Only) to verify that it has been Stamped for CMSA league play. The league roster needs to have the Silver League Sticker, Expiration Date & Stamped by a Registrar. If the roster is not completed than the game needs to be reported as a Scrimmage Game. The referees will oversee the ID Check if the teams want to check the ID cards. Scrimmage games will be officiated by the Referees.
Rosters & ID Cards are to be checked during check in. Any & all late arriving players must present their ID Card to the Official before they enter the game. If the opponent wants to question the eligibilty of the player it must be addressed with the referee when the player/players enter the game. If the players are not on the teams official League Approved Roster than the game will be declared a League Scrimmage Game & the Coach will be suspended for their next game. This must be reported to your League Commissioner after the game.
Officials are required to check the Team Rosters to verify that the game can be played as a League Approved Game.
Coaches/Managers need to check the ID Cards if not preformed No Protest can be filed.

It is the responsibility of the management of each team to check their team's schedule page; and the Home Page of the website the morning of their game for any field or time changes. For weather cancellations check the CMSA Home Page or Facebook Page.
The league will NOT contact individual teams/coaches when changes are made.
Teams that requested BYES (Your Opponent Requested a BYE) must follow the bye request form #5 that is posted on the CMSA website to reschedule their game. The 2nd team listed on the schedule was the team that requested the Bye.
Teams that are in Odd age groups will have a (BYE Week) listed. The league will schedule that game to give you your (6th) game in the Spring & (8th) game for the Fall Seasons. If by the 2nd week of the season your team only has (5) Spring or (7) Fall games scheduled contact your league Commissioner ASAP.
Whenever there are Inclement Weather Field Cancellation during the season; that information will be posted on this page of the website, and on the C.M.S.A. Facebook page. The league does not send out emails or mass calls notifying individual teams and coaches of the closures. It is the responsibility of the management of each team to check these two locations for cancellation information and to notify their families of any Field Cancellation.
PLEASE NOTE: Weather/Related Field cancellations will not be posted on the teams schedule only on the Home Page & Facebook Page.
Inclement weather field closings must be reported by the hosting program by email to the CMSA Office no later then 9:00 AM on game day (or if your venue is scheduled for morning games by 6:30 AM). Then the league will post on the CMSA Website those Fields that are cancelled (up untill 11:00 AM) after that the field cancellations are the responsibilty of the Officials.
All venues are Smoke Free, Alcohol Free, and Pet Free.
No grills or cooking is allowed at any of the venues.
Please park in the designated area; and remember to clean up your sideline at the conclusion of the game.
