SEPARATE MALE & FEMALE  COMPETITIONS

   CMSA IS USSF AFFILIATED THRU US CLUB SOCCER,  THE SOCCER  ASSOCIATION FOR YOUTH  &  THE MARTLAND STATE YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (MSYSA) 

REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2023 SEASON WILL BEGIN JUNE 1st 2023 AND END JULY 31st 2023

Teams that drop out after the registration deadline, will not receive any refunds.

 Central Maryland Soccer Association is an open U.S.S.F. affiliated league, through our membership with the Soccer Association for Youth (SAY), US Club Soccer and the Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA).   Participating teams must be affiliated and carded through the aforementioned organizations; or have "permission to travel" forms from their State Associations allowing  participation in CMSA leagues and tournaments.  

FALL 2023 LEAGUE PLAY

BOYS & GIRLS: Saturday Travel Club League                                                      Competition.

BOYS & GIRLS: Saturday or Sunday Recreation                                                  League Competition.

BOYS & GIRLS: Sunday High School League                                                        Competition.

BOYS & GIRLS: Sunday Premier                                                                            League Competition.  

 League payment for all teams are to be made through the Stone Alley website.  The link for Stone Alley is posted under the FORMS tab in the registration section on the left hand side of the page.

Fall Saturday Club Travel, Recreation Level & Sunday H/S League's will be Scheduled & Posted on the CMSA website only.

Sunday Boys & Girls Premier Travel League Schedules & Scores will be Posted on GOT SOCCER so that teams can receive their points.

NO LEAGUE GAMES WILL BE SCHEDULED ON OCTOBER, 7th & 8th because of the Columbus Weekend Tournament

REGISTRATION DATES FOR ALL 2023 CMSA LEAGUES

Starts: 12:00 am on Saturday, June 1st, 2023

Ends: 11:59 pm on Saturday, July 31st, 2023

To register your team team you will need to CLICK on to the Forms Tab. Complete Steps #1 & #2 in the Registration Procedures Section 

All Teams Will Play a 8 Game Season

Fall Saturday & Sunday Leagues will start on 9/9/2023

 Fall Saturday & Sunday Leagues will end on 11/5/2023

CMSA Fall 2023 & Spring 2024 age groups.

7v7 play for ages U07 (2017, U08 (2016), U09 (2015) & U10 (2014).
9v9 play for ages U10 (2014), U11 (2013) & U12 (2012)

11v11 play for ages U13 (2011), U14 (2010) & U15 (2009)

Sundays are for H/S teams only.  levels of: U-15-2009  U-16-2008, U17- 2007.

The U-15/16 or U16/17 could be combined depending registration numbers.

 REGISTRATION PAYMENT INFORMATION

Team Fees are Paid on-line through Stone Alley by a Credit/Debit card;  Unless your Club/Program is approved to pay with a Bulk Check. You must have a minimum of 5 or more teams to receive a payment code       

Check with your program's Soccer Chairperson for payment. 

Registration Fees after the July 31st Deadline:

$100.00 more per Team per League

 Saturday Boys & Girls Club Travel League & Referee Fees

U08, U09 & U10 (7v7) $885.00 per team  for 8 games

U10,U11, & U12  (9v9)$1235.00 per team for 8 games  

U13 & U14 & U15 (11v11) $1445.00  per team for 8 games

U15 (11v11) $1525.00 per team for 8  games

Referee fees are included in the registration fees. 

Saturday & Sunday Boys & Girls Recreation League

This league is a C level competition. Teams can register for either the Saturday or Sunday league, or both. We will need 4 to 7 teams in order to complete a division.

Teams must register as C-Recreation and registered through a recreation program to qualify.

League & Referee Fees for 8 games are:

U07-U10 (7v7)  $775.00 per team

U11 & U12 (9v9)  $835.00 per team

U13 & U14 (11v11)  $975.00 per team

Referee fees are included in the Registration fees

 

  GENERAL GAME DAY INFORMATION

COACHES ARE REQUIRED TO REVIEW THEIR SCHEDULES, PRIOR TO EACH GAME, FOR ANY LAST MINUTE  CHANGES, FIELD ADJUSTMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS.
COACHES AND TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO SET UP ON THE SIDE OF THE FIELD; WITH ALL SPECTATORS SET UP ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE PLAYING FIELD.
  

REPORTING OF SCORES

Report All scores by Tuesday after you play the game or you will not receive credit for the game. All games count towards the final standings; there are no championships. Follow the instructions posted in the Policies Section when reporting scores. Please see below for your Age Group Score Coordinator. The Age Group Score Coordinator (will only collects scores). If you have a question about the league please contact your league commissioners under the “CONTACT” tab on the CMSA website.

       

 

 

 

 Sunday Premier League

For premier teams only. we will have 2 division for each age group if registration permits. Premire (Gold) & Premier (Silver). We would like to achive anywhere between 7 to 10 teams in each bracket.

All of the bacic information will be in place for All CMSA leagues

     League & Referee  fees for the Premier League are:

U09 & U10 $890.00 per team for 8 games

U11 & U12 $1310.00 per team for 8 games

       U13 & 14 $1470.00 per team for 8 games            

Referee fees are  included in the registration fees

Sunday Boys & Girls H/S League

This is for H/S boys & Girls teams. U15 (2009), U16 (2008) & U17 (2006). This is not a Premier League.

League & Referee fees are $1525.00 per team for 8 games.

Forfeit Bond

U08 - U12  $200.00 per team

U13 - U17  $300.00 per team

Forfeit bond checks are only required if your Program/Club can not provide a field league play. If your Program/Club has 3 or more teams and no fields then the Program/Club can send in a check for $500.00 bond to cover all teams. we must be able to schedule at least 2 back to back games. We will not use your field unless one of your Program team is scheduled on the field.

GAME LENGTHS

U07-U10 (7v7)  min. halves   

 U10, U11 &U12 (9v9) 2x25 min. halves

U13-U14 (11v11) 2x30 min. halves

U15-U17 (11v11) 2x35 min. halves

ROSTER SIZES

7v7 teams may roster 20 players

9v9 teams may roster 20 players

11v11 teams (13 & 14 age groups) may roster 22 players

11v11 teams (U15 thru U17) may roster 25 players

Teams can roster the above players but can onle dress for games:

7v7  (14 players),  9v9  (16 players), U13 & 14  (18 players)

H/S- U15 thru U17 (22 players) 

 

WEATHER & FIELD CANCELLATIONS 

Inclement weather field field closings must be reported by the Host program to the CMSA office prior to 9AM on game day by e-mail (on if you field has early AM games scheduled, contact us by 6:30 AM).  If a field closingis not reported, the Host program will be responsible for a fees incurred.  All announcements will be posted on both the CMSA website Home Page and our Facebook page  as received.  Parents, Coaches, Players, etc. should not call the league for field closings.
