SEPTEMBER 24, 2020 - AGAIN THIS WEEK; WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL FIELD LOCATION CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE "HOME" PROGRAMS. ALL TEAMS MUST CHECK THEIR SCHEDULES ON A WEEKLY BASIS BY FRIDAY EVENING; THROUGH OUT THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON.
PLEASE NOTE, THE MOVEMENT OF GAME LOCATIONS IS NOT A DECISION OF C.M.S.A., BUT THAT OF THE HOSTING PROGRAMS.
TEAMS THAT REQUEST LOCATION CHANGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR A FIELD CHANGE FEE; AND ANY APPLICABLE REFEREE CHARGES.

We are now permitted to have siblings to attend league and tournament games while accompanied by a parent(s).
The parent regulation has been changed to include both parents.
SAFETY GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN POSTED UNDER IN THE POLICY SECTION OF THIS SITE under #22
BECAUSE OF THE ISSUES FROM COVID-19, WE WILL ALLOW TEAMS TO MULTI ROSTER PLAYERS THIS SEASON WITHIN THEIR CLUBS (PROGRAMS).
THE PLAYER MUST BE LISTED ON YOUR OFFICIAL US CLUB OR SAY TEAM ROSTER. SAY ROSTER FOR SAY CARDED PLAYERS; US CLUB ROSTER FOR US CARDED PLAYERS.
C PLAYERS CAN MULTI ROSTER UP TO EITHER A OR B TEAMS. B PLAYERS CAN PLAY UP TO A ROSTERS ONLY. PLAYERS CAN PLAY UP IN LEVEL NOT DOWN.
ANY TEAMS FOUND TO MULTI ROSTER AN A PLAYER TO B OR C LEVEL TEAMS; OR B LEVEL PLAYERS DOWN TO A C LEVEL TEAM WILL RECEIVE 3-0 LOSSES FOR ALL GAMES THIS SEASON.
THIS IS BEING IMPLMENTED TO HELP THOSE TEAMS WITH LOW NUMBERS TO FILL OUT THEIR ROSTERS.
THE DEADLINE TO CHANGE YOUR ROSTER FOR LEAGUE PLAY IS SEPTEMBER 25TH, THE 13TH DAY OF THE SEASON.

This material was also emailed to all Programs that have teams playing in these CMSA Leagues.
Officials need to officiate the games and control the fields.
Coaches need to teach the players the game of soccer & control their parents
Parents need to watch their children play & learn the game of soccer
All Protests must be filed by the Coach/Manager of the team making the protest.
Rosters & ID Cards are to be checked by the COACH or MANAGER of each team to verify that their opponents paperwork has been Certified & Stamped by a CMSA Registrar for league play. It is NOT the responsiblty of the Officials. The League Roster needs to have the CMSA League Sticker, Expiration Date & Stamped by a CMSA Registrar. All rosters & cards will be Laminated by the CMSA Registrars. If the roster is not complete than the game will be played and reported as a League Scrimmage Game. The Referees only need to oversee the Roster & ID Check when the teams are checking the paperwork. Scrimmage games will be officiated by the Referees.
Rosters & ID Cards are to be checked during check in. Any & all late arriving players must present their ID Card to the Official before they enter the game. If the opponent wants to question the eligibilty of the player it must be addressed with the referee when the player/players enter the game. If the players are not on the teams official League Approved Roster than the game will be declared a League Scrimmage Game & the Coach can be suspended for their next game. This must be reported to your League Commissioner after the game.
Coaches/Managers need to check the Rosters & ID Cards if not preformed No Protest can be filed.
