CMSA is an open USSF affiliated league through it's membership with; SAY, US Club & MSYSA for League and Tournament Play.

May 19th will be used for any makeup games. All makeup games must be completed by May 19th to count in the final standings.
The 2024 Spring Season will consists of six (6) games and The Old Line State Classic Tournament (optional) scheduled for the weekend of April 27th and 28th. Complete Old Line and Memorial Day Tournament information is available under the Tournament tab.

A $100 Late Fee will be added for Registrations after February 15. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOUR TEAM WILL BE ELIGIBLE IF THEY ARE REGISTERED LATE
The registration fee which includes the referee fees will need to be paid with a credit card upon completion of your online registration.
To pay for the registration fee by check, your program will need pre-approval by the league office. The program will need at least (5) teams registering for the spring league for approval to pay with one bulk check for all of their teams. You will need to check with your program chairperson to see if a Bulk Check payment code has been provided for your program. Otherwise, the registration fee will need to be paid with a credit card.
All Bulk Check payments are due by March, 21st.
Those teams WITHOUT AVAILBLE FIELDS for CMSA to schedule a minimum of two (2) games back to back games; must submit a forfeit bond. For U07, U08, U09 and U10 the bond is $200.00; for U11 through U18, the bond is $300.00. The bond will be deposited in the bank, and if not used, it will be refunded at the end of the season. Clubs with three or more teams registered in the league with NO FIELDS; will need to post a $500.00 performance bond for all teams entered.

Coaches and/or Managers will need to verify that their team has been placed in the proper gender and/or age group on the CMSA website by February 22, 2024. If your team is not listed in the correct gender and/or age group, you will need to let your league commissioner know by February 24, 2024. As we will start to break down the divisions and start scheduling the league games on February 25, 2024.
Program Field Coordinators will need to submit their Field Allocation Form (link located above in the dark blue section) to the league by March 1, 24 or sooner to guarantee home games for your teams. Please note we will need the ability to schedule a minimum of two games back to back on your field(s).
Spring schedules will be posted roughly about 10 to 14 days prior to the start date of the spring league .
The winning coach or if tied, the home team coach must report their game score to the league office by Tuesday evening. Please use the link in the above dark blue box (Score Reporting Form) to submit your game scores. All games count towards the final standings; as there are no championship games . If a score is posted incorrectly, please contact your league commissioners for correction. Their contact information is located under the "CONTACT" section.

ONLY, for the Spring Season. The league will allow players within their club to multi-roster players within the same age group. Go to the POLICIES page to the link in the light blue section to access - the Player Transfer and Dual Roster Policy.
Coaches and/or Managers must submit their state affilialted (SAY, US Club, MSYSA) roster to a CMSA registrar to be proccesed and stamped for league play. The CMSA registrars are listed under the CONTACT section.
Regarding the request to cancel a game and to reschedule it. Please review the guidelines under the POLICIES section; Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
In case of inclement weather, the program chairperson and/or field coordinator must notify the league office if their field(s) are not playable by 7:00 am or sooner, if there are morning games on their fields and by 10:00 am or sooner for afternoon games.
It is important that all coaches/managers check our Home Page the day of their game. As we receive notification of any field cancellations, we will post the field closure/cancellation on the Home Page
